Leila Sadeg, Founder & lawyer

Member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2011, Leila Sadeg is a lawyer and family mediator. After completing her law studies at the University of Montreal, she worked as a legal consultant at the International Labor Office, an agency of the United Nations in Switzerland.

When she returned to Montreal, she launched her private practice and became a consultant for a Montreal law firm well-established in matters of international family law. She has plead large-scale cases, including complex matters related to the international abduction of minor children, as well as highly contested cases concerning jurisdiction debates and international jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.

After nearly a decade of legal practice in immigration and family law, as an entrepreneur at heart, Leila Sadeg decided to found the firm JURINOVO. Motivated by the desire to help her clients find reasonable solutions to legal challenges, she aims to provide services based on respect, empathy and excellence.

Leila Sadeg has acquired a solid experience before the courts of Quebec, including the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec (Youth Chamber), and the Quebec Court of Appeals.

In addition to her passion for the practice of law, Leila Sadeg devotes her free time to her family, playing the piano, singing and reading.

Geoffrey Ngamilu, Lawyer

Geoffrey Ngamilu joined the law firm in 2022. Prior to joining our team, Me Ngamilu practiced law in a well-established law firm in family law with a focus on multi-jurisdictional, international and immigration matters.

Throughout his career, Me Ngamilu has handled numerous complex cases in family, estate, patrimony and international matters. Me Ngamilu is a seasoned litigator and also a determined negotiator working for the amicable resolution of his files. He is able to combine his knowledge of the provisions of law with the possibility of alternative human approaches in order to determine the best possible solutions for each of his client’s unique circumstances.

Me Ngamilu has a diversified professional experience. He has worked as a legal officer for a United Nations Agency based in Geneva, in Switzerland. He has also collaborated with a leading Montreal Law firm for the publication of a major work in Labour Law.

Me Ngamilu was a professional basketball player in Europe and has volunteered as a mentor for the organization “pour trois points” in Montreal, to help the youth youth value academic achievements through sports and various activities.
